Bought a ticket to a concert and got the wrong location.
I contact the customer support hoping my problem would be solved, to which they reply with a copy-paste message.
I reply nicely to them, same copy-paste message. I ask them about any alternatives available, they don't answer.
Well, enjoy your VIP ticket and thank you for pointing me directly to the artists page.
