What A Rip Off!! Thank Goodnes I bought With a Credit Card

On Jan1st 2017 I purchased tickets for a "Sold Out" Haciends Classics event at the Albert Hall for 26th May 2017, my 65th birthday and paid £300 for 2 tickets.

The promotion promised "VIP Event, Seats right next to the stage, exclusive to VIP guests, and even named the seat block they would be in which was right next to the stage! However when the tickets eventually arrives 5 days before the event they where not as described, being 2/3rds of the way down the venue and up high! Despite many attempts to contact Double * we failed. I even had a friend call on the published offices only to dicover that they where not able to gain entrance. On attending the event we had a meeting with the ticket office manager who explained that our tickets had been purchased the day before they where sent to me in May, that they may be forgeries as that happens a lot with 88 (they where not. She also said the event was not "Sold Out" and we could have bought seat for £50 next to the stage. Applied for section 21 with bank and got £200 back! Moral book with credit card direct with venue
