I have engaged the team every time when I wanted tickets to J League soccer matches. The latest in 2024 was the 4th time I have engaged them in the last 6 years. Such a cool service well executed! Wanted New Japan wrestling tickets and their website and Japan bureaucracy kept that from happening. After emailing Sumo they were quick to reply and help me with my questions. Bought the tickets and used the 7/11 pickup service which I suggest to avoid post and hotel pickup issues. Although Sumo assured me they have never had any hotel ticket delivery issues in 15 years which I’m certain is true given Japan is so efficient. But for me I loved I was able to collect the tickets from any 7/11 within minutes of the order being confirmed. No stress! Great service!

I have used buy sumo tickets on a few occasions and each time the service has been exceptional. Recently I bought a number of tickets in different sections (box and seat) across a number of days.
