Skybet is easy to use and offers good value to its customers. Also their customer service teams are really helpful, with a number of ways to get in touch with them (webchat, twitter, etc). One criticism is that there offers are better for new customers then to existing ones.

I like the football odds the best. Think there could more markets like bet365 but overall very good. Also love best price guarantee on horses.

I have used Skybet for a period of six months and found the service very user friendly and easily understandable. One of the major reasons why I used Skybet over other bookmakers was the "Loyalty" bonus which allowed you to reduce your Sky TV bill by up to £20 a month. Now we all know this is a drop in the ocean to what you would have spent but it was something to show each month. Whilst this may not seem a lot the fact that her indoors saw a reduction in her beloved television bill meant that I never got questioned when I spent a couple of hours having a flutter on line. The answer that "I have just knocked £10 of your Sky bill" meant she was quite happy for me to go missing for a couple of hours. Sadly Sky have stopped this now and they have lost that vital edge they had over the others which will effect the number of times I use the site. I think this is change of loyalty bonus is a big mistake.

I really enjoy the aspect of the in play betting, I like that they are kept up to date with each match. Watching a football match on television and betting as I watch has become a particular favourite of mine. Big games have a lot of pressure on them so betting us sometimes unpredictable which is why I enjoy the competitive odds to get the best prices of certain bets. My only complaint is that upon signing up I was promised free bets each month which I have not received, and also I was told with every £5 bet placed on sports it would go on a stamp which would lead to free bets and I have made several £5 bets but never received any stamps or been able to take advantage of the promotion.
