I ordered a golf trolley on the Monday and paid extra for next day delivery. By Thursday when it didn't turn up I rang the store and was told that there had been a slight delay in getting it dispatched but would ensure it got sent out that day as it was for a birthday present the following day. Needless to say it didn't turn up and following unanswered phone calls and a voice message left on the Sunday night I received a message of a refund with a one liner saying out of stock. Not good enough. Awful service.

They sent the wrong thing, we had to our self pay to send the things back, it took more than 4 weeks for them to recive the items and then send us the right things. They promised us some compensation, in shape of som extra gloves, golfballs and tee's, but didn'tsend any of the things. And also they don't respont to their email!!!

Overall bad service and customer contact.

My younger brother wanted a new set of golf clubs for his birthday, I found the website easy to use I got an excellent service and he is really happy with the quality. I would def recomend The Golf Store 4U.

Fantastic service!!! I needed to buy some golf clubs for my wife as she has always wanted to give the game a try, but as I don't play myself I didn't have a clue where to start or what to look for. After visiting a few sites, and looking at some seriously expensive equipment, I stumbled upon these guys. The prices were great value, and I liked the fact that they had a proper landline number not an 08 number, so I gave them a call. After taking time to listen to me they took me through a few options, without any sales pressure at all. I was hugely impressed and am delighted with the quality of the equipment I eventually settled on. If I decide to take the game up myself I know where I will be buying from. Very happy to recommend these guys very highly indeed!!!
