On this particular order, the service provided was excellent. Prior to ordering, I was given advice over the telephone on the length, angle and value-for-money of certain stems available at Tarty Bikes. The Jitsie Forged Stem seemed to be the best suited to the envisaged build. When I ordered the stem with a few other small items, I noticed that the transport charges were disproportionately high relative to the overall order value. The order was amended and a cheaper transport solution found in less than one working day. I received the stem in mainland Europe without any problems. Although I am not a trials rider, this is not the first time I have ordered from Tarty Bikes. On other occasions, I have found staff to be knowledgeable and helpful.
