I ordered a waterproof MP3 player (they sell for £69.95) from spashgear in October 2011, here we are in January and it still hasn't arrived. I've had several brief emails from spashgear customer services, where someone called \"John\" tells me the item was dispatched, albeit several weeks later than it should have been. He then goes on to say that as a gesture of goodwill a second unit has been sent, but that hasn't arrived either. Quite frankly, I do not believe him, and it is my opinion that the item has never been sent. I've asked for a refund, but I doubt they will respond.

So my advice is to stay well away from splashgear.
