Faulty item sent. No replies to emails and as the other reviewer said, their phone number does not exist. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!

After ordering a kayak from them, not only did it take two weeks to arrive, it arrived damaged and I couldn't get through to them to get help with the problem. They never replied to my numerous emails and their phone number doesn't even exist! Don't deal them, go elsewhere!

I have been waiting for weeks for anyone at this company to return my emails/calls!

Great value item but one part arrived damaged

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get any reply from them!

I have phoned and emailed them daily for the last four days.

I bought a Sevylor Colorado Premium, very quick delivery, and on the day promised. Unfortunately there was a problem with the valve, so I emailed them, I used their premium rate help line, and I used the "Contact Us" facility on their website. All ignored. I have since contacted the manufacturer and they have been brilliant. So - if you think you may need after sales support, don't go to Simply Inflatable!

Very prompt delivery and well packaged

Bought from Simply Inflatable seylvor colorado premium package - inflatable canoe, two seyvlor paddles plus pump for £350. Good price was going to buy from Go Outdoors for similar price but they couldn't fulfil order. Wanted me to go to Southampton store for canoe and Swindon store for paddles! I pointed out I was 3 miles from Poole store but they said they couldn't help me and so lost business. Found the Simply Inflatable offer on the internet ordered on Friday evening and it arrived the following Tuesday. Very impressive service especially after my dealings with Go Outdoors.

It was a pleasure to deal with Simply Inflatable. They were extremely helpful and when the item I wanted wasn't in stock they provided an alternative solution very quickly and the boat kit was delivered the next day. Thank you.I was extremely impressed with their customer service and would not hesitate to recommend them. If there is anything else I need I will definitely go back to them.
