It's not often these days you get fantastic service.....today is that day. Ride Direct not only split a new item for me to get a part to go away on holiday leaving themselve to sort out a new item, but they shipped immediately and it arrived 24 hours later. By the way it was also the most competitive online price and I am a completely new customer. All I can say is fantastic attitde and service....would I shop again ....yes. Would I recommend ....absolutely.

Was looking for ages on line when i found Ride Direct. I really wanted some trick MX Goggles. Everyone else was doing the normal Smith, Scott and Oakley Goggles. Ride Direct had some real trick Dragon Goggles with Iridium Lens. When i looked though there was a trick RockStar Goggle. Wow I can't wait to wear these on Sunday the other guys are going to be well Jel!

The site was so easy to buy from, the price on the boots was about the same as 2 others i had seen, but i added a Membership discount card which then took 10% off which was mega! and the card only cost £1 it looks like i will now keep discount on all future order. Will defo being shopping with Ride Direct again discount is my favorite word...

There was a lot of online shops out there that were selling these tyres, but I am always wary of what is behind the online shop. I have had some bad experiences with online stores that look big and reputable, but are run by a one-man band. I looked around a found a number of good sites out there selling the tyres. The Ride Direct site was very nice looking, but it did make me think what was behind the site. After a bit of digging it turns out they have a shop and everything. This made me feel more comfortable buying from them. I also needed some advice on what tyres to choose. A lot of the tyres can be used for both Enduro or Motocross, but I wasn't sure if they were road legal. When I rang I spoke to a guy called John and he was very helpful. The guys there seem to all ride themselves, so they knew what they were talking about. Eventually found the tyres I wanted and placed the order online. Got the tyres in the next couple of days. Would recommend to anyone.
