A Regular customer who finds international shipping speedy at a fair cost. Clothing goods are as expected but boots had to be expensively returned due to suspected seconds quality as incorrect size labels . Two different branded boots were one size too small and not the size indicated on labels.

The tiny tin of wax was smaller than expected but that's probably our misunderstanding. The tin was damaged although could still be opened. £3.50 seemed expensive for such a tiny item. I send items up to 1Kg for £2.80p so £7.50 + £3.50 (£11) seemed expensive for such a tiny item.

I ordered a large t-shirt, with other items. The t-shirt which arrived was a small, with an incorrect 'large' sticker applied to the packet. I did not have the confidence to re-order the item, and returned the t-shirt, disappointed. On the plus side, I was refunded the cost of the item and the postage very quickly. I also received an apology after pointing out my disappointment.

I was unhappy with the service of Morrant after paying for Saturday delivery as it was the only day off I had, I received an email stating that my parcel wouldn't arrive til the Monday. As I play rugby I also paid for the extra delivery on a Saturday hoping to get them just before the game but unfortunately I did not. I could not sign for the parcel myself as I was in work on the Monday but I was lucky enough to have my neighbour sign for it

Bought as a gift for my husband. Good fit but material is quite thin for a shirt of this price. Not as good as leisure rugby shirts bought from Hackett and Joules.

I have been writing to morrant via email 3 times on January 6 and 7. But until today there is no reply. Now i am purchasing my order base on a good review from a friend. I hope Morrant will look up my email and reply Lets see if I can give u 5 stars when my items arrived :)

We ordered Duke's Viscount Cricket balls and two scorebooks. This took over 2 weeks to arrive, despite the sales representative telling me it would be shipped the day after payment. Unfortunately this misled us as customers and I had to call your offices 3 times to get through to the rep and see what was going on. Although the representative I spoke to was very polite and apologetic, I do not think it was right to ensure a product will ship out on the next day when there is a possibility it won't. However, the products were very good once received and this made up for Morrant's professional shortcomings.

items ordered were despatched on time and arrived quickly but someone should have checked goods before sending them,cricket spikes arrived with a damaged box and a stud missing and a pair of whitescame which cetainly were not white and looked like they had been dragged around the floor as we needed the spikes for the weekend decided to keep them and have been sent one replacment spike in the post,but needed to send white back,someone should check items before despatch!

I bought a Dukes cricket ball from Morrant, as they were the only supplier of this item I could find online. This was a high ticket item (£64.99). I paid £4.99 for delivery, but it took a week to arrive. I was disappointed that it took this long - especially since I subsequently bought a premium cricket ball from elsewhere a fortnight later and it was delivered the next day (same shipping price). Packaging could also have been better. Overall disappointed, but not to the extent that I would rule Morrant out entirely, in future searches.

Sorry to hear your order was delayed. I believe the item you ordered would have been the Dukes Special County cricket ball. This should have been listed online as Due in 3-5 days when you ordered as we were awaiting more stocks from Dukes. We normally have stocks of these on the shelf but we had a small gap where stock was not available as we have seen increased demand in the run up to the Ashes.
