Purchasing with this company was easy and delivery was quick and as expected. Unfortunately, on arrival the boots didn't fit. I returned them and got a replacement pair within a few days.

I then used the boots a couple of times and a manufacturer problem became apparent quite quickly. Lovell Soccer were easy to deal with and replaced the boots for some different ones of my choice without any hassle.

On both occasions they refunded any postage costs. I actually spent more on the second pair of boots and I hope that this pair will suffice as they are a more trusted brand.

I Must stress that any returns were not Lovell Soccer's fault and that they were extremely easy to deal with. A*.
