Ordered a gift with 3 day delivery well in advance of a child's birthday. Zero ommunications since the automated 'thank you we will confirm delivery later' message. Customer services works very few hours (none if you have a job that precludes you from calling in office hours), mailbox full so no chance to leave a message.
Frustrating isnt the word. You require peace of mind from these types and you are l;eft wobedring whether your child will have a gift on their birthday. Five star costs, zero stars service.
