Great customer service & good range of products

I visited the Shrewsbury store and was amazed at how friendly and helpful the staff were.

I had browsed the internet to try to select an item to buy, but really needed to see, feel and test out in person, so this store provided a great opportunity to choose my item (sleep mat for camping).

The young man who helped me was very friendly and amiable. Whilst helping me to select an item he really couldn't have done anything more. He took down display items and opened up shelf items for me to try out.

His knowledge of the product range was excellent, giving good advice to assist me and he stayed with me the whole time until I made my selection.

Whilst discussing the brand I had chosen, he mentioned other products they do that might be of use to my particular needs, without being pushy or forceful.

The young lady on the till was also very friendly and the transaction was swift and pleasant.

The staff I dealt with are all a big credit to the store and the company as a whole.
