I bought their Calibre Bossnut mountain bike for nearly a thousand pounds. While the bike was great, if anything broke it's taken weeks to get new parts meaning I've missed loads of mountain biking time and even had to cancel my mountain biking holiday as I couldn't get hold of a rear mech holder for the bike as they had no stock and said they wouldn't have any more for at least a week. How they can let their stock levels drop to zero for parts for the bikes they sell is beyond me. Avoid this shop like the plague!
