I orderd a rear rack for my Brompton from the Nottingham store I pays my money in store A couple of days later i pick up my rack i gets home to find there was no fixings for it I takes it back to the shop and explained my problem i produced my proof of purchase and the staff member was stood there for five minuits examining my receipt as if i was trying to pull a fast one he even asked if it was a genuine item my reply was that it was orderd in your store so you tell me in the end i got a refund and left the shop disgusted i hope i dont have to make a warranty claim on my Brompton M6L which i bought from the same store along with everything that goes with it touring bag brompton basket easy wheels ergro handle grips ect ive spent the best part of 2k at that store im never going to purchase anything else from that store again if i need anything i will go to Brompton direct from now
