I had 2 broken spokes and took to a cycle shop in Milton Keynes, after having to wait 3+ weeks for an appointment. I was advised that the spokes could not be fixed and would need new wheels, which I would have to source costing £200-£400.

I rang Evans. They said that they may be able to repair and suggested I brought the bike in the same day. They looked at it and repaired the spokes within 20 minutes at a cost of £18.
