I ordered an Orbea Gain from UK Bikes Depot at the beginning of September 2018, as a birthday present for my wife. She had recently torn her knee ligament and this electric assisted bike fitted the bill.

The original delivery was due in October, then pushed back to November, and again until the eventual delivery in December 21st. So the birthday present, became a Xmas present.

The cause of these delays were due to the manufacture issues, and out of UK Bikes Depot control. That said, UK Bikes Depot always responded to my increasingly inpatient phone calls and messages, in a professional and courteous manner.

I am glad l ordered the bike through UK Bike Depot rather than other well know web based cycle chains.
As in a situation like this it is always better to deal with the same person. Personal service is still relevant in these web based times. Thanks UK Bike Depot.
