I ordered a product from Block and Winch and paid for it. They have not provided the product, do not reply to emails and I can find no phone number. I appear to have lost my money and a month waiting.

Terrible service.

I suppose it's my own fault for expecting stuff ordered online to be delivered within a week or so - two Ronstan blocks took 3 weeks to arrive.

In my defence, there were no replies from BlockAndWinch to my email communication and no comments to my PayPal dispute.

In summary, they could do themselves a big favour with a quick reply if delivery times are anticipated to be slow. Top quality blocks !

i ordered the wrong item , the happily accepted it back and send me the right one, they didnt charge me for the extra postage thanks guys

ordered some socks for my blocks. it said 7-10 days delivery and arrived in 9 , best price i could find

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Block and Winch and never seen the products.

Attempts to contact them have on both occassions failed.

Why order a 2nd time? Tempted by a product online ordered then when the problems started I realised it was a company I had earlier issues with.

I purchased a product on 28.04.2014 and I'm still waiting for it to come. Terrible service. i'm disappointed.

Excellent service and delivery, free postage is also a bonus, I will use block and winch again without doubt
