Guys please beware!!! This business is run by people who have no idea when it comes to guns! As a recent customer I have had shocking service! I ordered a £200 sniper (not saying what one) it came in a parcel full of rips and tears! The gun was scratched and parts had fallen out there packets! My sniper whatI've had for ONE day is not firing well and consistently jamming every 5 shots! Because it's just some time since I got it I have asked there customers service if I could have a replacement for a Bb loader, but as expected I was ignored! This shows that this company is purely for money and no passion for guns! I'm glad to say I'll never be buying again from here! I'm not here to say don't buy from them but please be careful on this site! I bought the black viper B3814 M4 fully auto airsoft gun for my son in February and after only using it half a dozen times it just stopped firing.Only got used once a month, Itried ringing this company and finally emailed,telling me nothing they can do about it as out of warranty so no guarantee at all for a £55 gun? 30 days is all they give you so stay clear if I was you. I was then told I could send it back so they could look at it saying its probably the battery, weird his friends gun did exactly same and they replaced the gun not battery but I had to pay cost there and then back to me if they fix it? I now have to go down the legal route as they won`t refund my money. If I knew there was no guarantee I would never have bought from these people, money is tight and we cant afford to buy another one so my son has lost out big style

Had a pistol purchased as a xmas present, when opened to use it was losing gas. Initially BBguns said it was out of warranty when I explained it was an Xmas present they said if I send the magazine back they will get the manufacturer to replace it. I did, two weeks later sent me a magazine, no details no paperwork. It still leaks and as their website says they are out of stock of these magazines I assume they just sent me back my faulty one.

I bought an item at £79.99. They did not send the item. Luckily I paid through paypal and opened a case in which I won and got refunded. However, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They never send anything as I have seen on previous reviews. I don't like how to company if they are a real company, treated me. I tried to contact them eveyday and never did I ever get a response of them. I repeat do not order ever!

Order delivered incomplete, haven't got what I paid for, no contact with the individual behind the company. Order was only sent 10 days after purchase and after me sending an email asking where it is. I regret now I didn't read online reviews before I purchased from them, most of them are really bad. Luckily it's not that much money I parted with. Again - avoid if you can!

Ordered a very expensive rifle 4 weeks ago and it still hasn't turned up. Nobody ever answers the phone or replies to emails. It's a two hour drive but I'm thinking of paying them a visit. Bloody annoyed.

I bought a couple of items from bbguns4less.co.uk - they overcharged me and are completely ignoring all requests to refund the amount they should not have taken. Countless emails sent to no avail, long waits on their phone number just to end up at voicemail. The forums at airsoft-forums.co.uk show that plenty of other people are having identical problems (sub-standard products and appalling service) with bbguns4less.co.uk.
