I ordered an Odyssey O-Works Black 2-Ball 2020 - Putter for £150 on the 10th August 2020 saying it was in stock and it is now 30th September 2020 and the club still hasn't arrived nor have I got any shipping confirmation or been contacted once. I have tried to contact them on multiple occasions by calling the customer service number and using the support button on the website and still no response. This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the current situation is unacceptable. Still no word on where my club is and I strongly advise not to use.
