Ordered personalised luggage straps on the Monday, only got email receipt from payment but no communication of when they would be delivered. Arrived following Monday & they were rigid straps so no use to put round a suitcase. It should have stated rigid on the description!!

These are no use so will have to throw them away - £17.25 wasted

The labels took a long time to arrive, just outside their 10-15 day time-frame.

Labels look cheap but mostly clear, although a little blurry in places.

No instructions were included in the packaging and nothing easy to find on their website. I had to rely on a competitor's website for instructions. I ironed on for 10 seconds on a medium/hot setting with parchment paper between iron and label. All seemed good.

I washed the clothes at 40 degrees on a delicate setting. 2 of the 3 labels entirely came off, the other one peeling away easily. The glue from the labels had stuck to the front of my daughter's school dress which took some time peel off.

I do not recommend this company at all.

Iron on name labels are of great quality, super fast service, clear communication, easy to navigate through their page.

We chose the design with my little one on Wednesday morning and today (Friday) it came in post.

I woul maybe like vider option for colour, font, characters?

I ordered the premium quality headed paper and envelopes. Firstly, the envelopes weren't sent, I had to phone and request these. However, more disappointing is the colour and quality of the paper. The paper and envelopes are supposed to be white...they are off-white. Compared to the remains of a previous order from Able Labels, the paper looks cheap and nasty. I should have just ordered the cheaper version because that looks like the quality I have been sent. Very disappointed and won't order from them again!!

Ordered some stick on address labels. They took two weeks to arrive and the print was very faint and hardly legible. I immediately emailed and left a voice mail but no one got back to me. After phoning several times, when i eventually got through i was told that i would have to return them at my own expense and they would decide if there was anything wrong with them. Terrible company. Avoid.

Every single one of 250 labels had tear and indented line, and some smudged. How did this get through quality check? Asked for replacement to be prioritised as I need the labels. Still waiting - now longer than original faulty product took to arrive! Will NOT be using this company again! Very disappointed.

I bought the iron in labels and a bunch of stickers for the kids stuff. I included my mobile number on the stickers and I have to say I wish I'd had these years ago when the children were really little. Things just don't go missing like they used to.

I am about to place another order to help my mother in law who has dementia and will shortly be moving to a care home. These products will help the staff who care for her and save them time too. Thank you Able Labels for some great products. 

I recently placed an order for school name labels and personalised stationery. The 'review before print' page showed the text rather small, and I couldn't see the 'zoom' button so agreed to print as it all looked fine. There was a rogue full stop that I missed (my fault) and so the stationary is useless. I emailed the company asking what there customer service policy was, and if there was anything they could do. They made no effort to be accommodating and simply said I could have the pages reprinted for £12 (minus box, envelopes etc)! It would be cheaper to print myself! Plus the lady actually laughed at me on the phone and said "well it was your fault". I realise that. It was also your opportunity to secure repeat business.

I have two kids, and as such many name lables, school stationery etc to print over their school lives. Able Labels will be getting NONE of this business and I will NOT be recommending them to friends either. Poorly played Able Labels.

I have sent several e-mails to able-labels to enquire about some slightly non standard wording on labels and the cost, which in any case is simply a repeat of goods supplied by them previously. Unfortunately, my e-mails have been ignored and I have been forced to use another supplier. It seems strange they choose to turn business away by not responding.

I was promised my labels were sent first class after waiting for 5 days to receive them and two days later I am still waiting. Very poor manners when I phoned to get a refund and I still do not know when will I get my money back.... The person I spoke with was really rude and she said she will pass it to her manager and hung up!

I will never use this company again.... Luckily I went to one of the office suppliers in the industrial park and I managed to have labels on the same day
