There system got my model of vehicle wrong and then charged me 17.50 to change it. I never gave wrong info there system just came up with it and could not change. Tried charging me 90 quid then 35 then they said 17.50 I was losing will to live after over 1 hour on phone so just paid. Would never use again.

I also paid just to get away from them. Their customer service staff are dreadful! Love and learn eh!
