I am sorry to say this company sent us cans of Royal Canine dog food which had split cans and the meat was covered in black mould. Shocking and quite unbelievable If I had given to my old dog who has a delicate tum, I dread to think what may have happened to my poor old mate. I complained. The attitude was very laid back. I had to supply photos and they said they would refund the cost of the case of 12 as many of the cans were badly dented. Any they refunded for three tins. This did not cover the cost of the substandard goods. Needless to say I will not be using them again. And reccomend steering clear of this company.

Well past due delivery date and still no dispatch notification or tracking. They ignore emails, on hold for 20 mins plus on the phone. Have used before without issue, but this time has been an absolute joke! Awaiting refund via PayPal.

AFTER ordering cat food and flea treatment it said my delivery would take up to 3 weeks. At this point I should have immediately cancelled it . Who takes 3 weeks I thought , well VioVet do!! Couldn’t believe that each time I checked on my order it said waiting for a courier . Other company’s do not have this problem so unsure why they do. Sarcastic customer service didn’t help matters. Don’t order from them unless you want a frustrating experience and the worry of your cats running out of prescription food. I’ve used them for years and will NOT be using THEM AGAIN. Maybe an indication on how long it takes to find a delivery company to deliver the order before you actually order the item .

Waiting for ages for an order. After many telephone calls with a total lack of skill to customer service our order is still not arrived. Had to go and buy food elsewhere. The la pet store wjere I went said they had heard many customers saying the same thing. Our order was very expensive and cant believe the attitude on the calls we made. No feedback accept excuse after excuse. Avoid at all costs.

I don't normally bother leaving reviews, but I've never felt so unimportant as a customer, to the point I will never shop with them again. I understand they had a warehouse move, but didn't not notify customers about a delay until my order was placed and did not arrive. My products took a month to arrive and in the meantime I had sent emails that had been ignored (automated email was 'we will get back to you in a WEEK!') and when they did respond it was a blasé response as though it was ok, because they had moved warehouse so that was the delay. With no confirmed arrival date and no tracking information. When I had to return one of the items, it was just as much faf and I had to chase them for weeks to locate my item and get a refund. FRUSTRATING. I feel sorry for the people working for them, they must be getting some stick.

I was just searching the internet to buy the cat dry biscuits, Purina, a little cheaper than the large supermarkets. I came across Viovet. I read the reviews some were great, some not but I took the plunge. The transaction was easy, prices excellent & delivery all straightforward. All in all 10/10. Thank you Viovet

Avoid this company! Dreadful expierence all round. Order not sent, had to cancel it. Now my dog doesn't have the medicine he needs. Trying to get through to them is hoorendous, "up to week to reply to an email". Wow.

Viovet used to be a good reliable company and i had used them previously but my last experience has gern horrendous. I ordered prescription meds for my horse and uploaded the prescription at the same time. Still not received after 2 weeks. Tried ringing but impossible to get through and company not responding to emails so I had to cancel and go elsewhere. If you look on Trustpilot there are a lot of complaints recently and Viovet just reply with a standard reply saying that they are moving to new premises 5 times the size of they're current one so that they can offer bet service in the future so they are experiencing delays. This is life saving medication they are not sending out. Moving premises is not a good enough reason not to send prescriptions out. I will never use this company again.

I am compelled to share my experience with Viovet, a company that has demonstrated a shocking lack of competence and customer care throughout my recent ordeal. On December 29, 2023, I discovered that Viovet had delivered the wrong item – the dog version of the Proplan food instead of the cat food I ordered. This error forced me to travel 25 miles to purchase the correct food at a significantly higher price. In my initial email, I requested urgent action to rectify the mistake and sought compensation for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, Viovet's response, received on January 3, 2024, was far from satisfactory. A Customer Service Advisor requested photos of the incorrect delivery, which I promptly provided on January 4, 2024. Expressing my dissatisfaction with their service and the delayed response, I highlighted that the order, due on December 21, 2023, arrived on December 28, 2023. Despite my efforts to seek a swift resolution, Viovet remained unresponsive. I resorted to calling their customer service number on January 5, enduring a frustrating 90-minute ordeal with multiple call disconnections before finally speaking to an agent. This agent offered to send the correct cat food, but with a potential delay due to stock issues. Unacceptably, when I inquired about compensation for the additional expenses and stress caused, I was insultingly offered a mere £5 credit off my next order. Refusing this inadequate compensation, I demanded a refund, which Viovet has failed to provide. Instead, the agent requested that I arrange to be available for a delivery driver to collect the incorrect food, further highlighting the company's lack of responsibility. I am appalled by Viovet's unacceptable service, indifferent attitude, and failure to rectify their errors promptly. As a result, I demand an immediate refund for the inconveniences I have endured. In the absence of a resolution, I am compelled to share my honest and detailed review of Viovet across various platforms to warn potential customers about the company's incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction.

I have now used this company twice to buy a controlled medicine (Gabapentin) for my dog (in Dec 23 and in Jan 24) and, in both cases, had to wait several days for despatch despite having sent a written prescription by first-class post. In both cases, I had to buy extra tablets from my vet at considerable expense, which defeats the object of buying on-line. For important drugs and medicines, I expect same day despatch on receipt of a prescription and have always experienced this with other on-line vet medicine companies. Whilst accepting there may be a short delay due to the need for a hard-copy prescription for controlled drugs, I believe the delays with this company are unnacceptable and in future will be shopping elsewhere. ps Perhaps I ought to have been warned when I had to spend 30 minutes in a phone queue waiting to place my last order!

Received item (Barrier Hoof to Heel Soothing Cream) in post, lid was loose and nearly half the product was gone. Complained and offered 10% off next order... equivalent to £3.74 discount on an order value of £37.49! Total insult. Will not be reordering from Viovet unless a more suitable compensation for the missing product is offered.

Ordered items for my sheep. Not the cheapest but prompt delivery assured. All items apparently in stock. Nothing arrived, when I called some items were not in stock, so I cancelled these and requested item that I was assured was still in stock. Just called one week later, and item now no longer in stock. Order cancelled and submitted elsewhere. Remains to be seen if I get a refund

Be aware of what you pay for postage just because it says express does not mean it’s express nearly £6 later and viovet won’t give me the small amount back as it’s supposed to arrive within normal standard postage time. This is apparently appropriate if you item is not in stock, think of all the people who have paid the extra I should imagine their pockets are well lined and have made thousands and thousands off customers this way. Viovet is unaware what express means 24-72 hours. And the reply will be robot like script written copied and paste. If you can’t deliver an express option you shouldn’t be allowed to offer it and take peoples money. You catch people out by having a tick box in the postage option for express delivery and then on the end it gives a different date unlucky for me I didn’t notice. This is WRONG as you trick people with express that is not express as it did not say my order was out of stock!

I ordered 3 * Purina Light cat biscuits, they where ordered on the Tuesday and delivered on the Thursday, no problems, when I phoned up to check my order the customer service agent was very helpful, Reading some of the reviews here it feels like I've dealt with a totally different company, yes I am aware this isn't a prescription product but i am happy with the products and the service that i was offered. Just a shame the price of the cat biscuits have increased (they where a pre black Friday ) offer, but I would happily use them again.

No amount of discount makes up for sending me mouldy dog food and Viovets awful customer services, leaving me at a financial loss is also not acceptable and their constant ‘policy says no approach’ is not customer centric or appropriate - they should cease trading they cannot do the right thing when they cause your customers hardship and distress. Go elsewhere if you value your animals well-being

They allow people to place orders for food they don't have in stock. The expected delivery was supposed to be 2-4 days. After 4 days, I wrote an e-mail and no response. On the 5th day after my second e-mail, they write to me that they do not have this product and are waiting for delivery, which may take a while, even though you can still order on the website! That's not how it's done. It wasn't a preorder where you pay now and wait 2-3 weeks for the order, but it was supposed to be a normal delivery. I'm waiting for my money back because they have a problem with that too! Instead of offering me a refund, they told me to wait for it to arrive without giving me any date! I do not recommend this company! 1 and the last time I use it. order #23405644

I'm still waiting for 2 boxes of cat good I ordered on the 3rd December. Paid for. Expected delivery between 8th & 20th December. I've emailed cancelling the order. It'll be interesting to see how long the refund takes.
Won't be using this company again.....ever!!

The last 2 orders have been a disaster. I used to order often but I made an order at the start of the year, after 2 weeks, on the last date they gave me for delivery they emailed saying one of the items was out of stock (took them over a week to tell me!) - I contacted them back within a few minutes and told them to change it for a different one (as they offered) and they took another 4 days to dispatch, it total it took over 3 weeks for 3 small toys to be delivered. Decided to give them another chance and made an order 2 weeks ago, still not received and has no communication from them. Customer Service used to be second to none and it was all so speedy, not anymore! Last time I'm ordering personally or for our business unfortunately. Still waiting for the most recent order, had no response from my emails asking where it is. They take your money straight away but don't send your items! Customer Service is an absolute joke these days! Quick to respond on trustpilot but in 3 weeks I've not had any email responses and no order. 10/11/23 - Still not received my order. Finally got them to acknowledge us via commenting publically on their Instagram. Told me to send then my email - I did. They emailed me back saying my products were out of stock and they would be receiving them on Friday 3rd so they would then be dispatched. Still no dispatch and then on Monday I'm told my other items are out of stock. An absolute joke. Told them to dispatch what was in stock and refund the rest, nothing has been dispatched, now been over a month since I ordered!

I have been waiting for a month for delivery, I keep getting the same story- supplier problems! Funny that the same product that I ordered is available in a local pet shop. I phone them and after being fobbed off I asked the obvious are Viovet struggling financially, no response! My feeling is that I will struggle to get a refund from them. My advice is that there are red flags and do not to purchase anything from them!

UPDATE - I have now been given a refund for 50% of the item value, which is more than acceptable.
