Items sent are marked for safe place delivery by VioVet with no details of where the safe place for couriers to leave items. My goods were taken from outside my front door because Viovet selected safe place delivery and DPD left on front step in view of the road and passers by. When I have queried the safe place option with DPD they confirmed it was selected by the item sender.

VioVet had not instruction from me as to where the item could be placed as I was unaware that the safe place option was even selected, this is not evident at purchasing, nor email once purchase complete. I have been back and forth with VioVet since 22/7/22, however my money was taken by the company on 18/7/22.

VioVet refuse to refund my money, refuse to resend my order. As a result I have not only lost my money but also my order. It has taken VioVet over 1month to respond, even after calling customer service. Their service representatives are unhelpful, quite frankly rude and undertrained. As a first time customer, I can only warn others that they have no intention of creating a shopping experience that makes you want to purchase again. You pay for next day delivery and items aren’t dispatched until you chase the company. If you want hassle free purchasing, with good customer service and responsible delivery please use another company. One that does not rely on short changing the customer and the pets that we purchase for.

WARNING again do not use this company, as you will not get value for money you will only lose your money and waste your time.

I purchased a product (my second order) Pollenex from VioVet. First order came thru but the second order was detained at customs in Australia and returned to sender. Royal mail confirmed twice that it was returned to sender (VioVet). VioVet promised me a refund when it was returned. I have that in writing several times via email. Have tried contacting them and they are now not returning my emails at all. I'm a pensioner and really can't afford losing around $150 au. I wouldn't trust VioVet as far as I could throw them very dishonest company to deal with.

Viovet did end up responding to me after I posted this review. Twice again they denied they had recieved the Pollenex back but after sending Royal Mails second response back to me they looked into it and it indeed had been returned. I finally got my refund back minus postage and money exchange rate difference. Only took 8 months.

Yeah I'd believe that they take no responsibility for anything that leaves their premises. They are denying recieving an item I had purchased in February 22 which was detained by customs and returned to them. I contacted Royal Mail who have assured me that the sender recieved it back on the 15.8.2022. Just trying to not give me the promised refund. Believe Royal Mail not Viovet.
