I have been waiting over a month for the cat food I ordered. So initially I thought it was taking long because of Corona. But this is ridiculous. I emailed customer service a week ago - no reply. I filled in their online contact form three days ago - no reply. I really don’t know what to do next. I’ve been feeling extremely anxious that it’s some kind of spoof website. I can’t see any reviews on the website which makes me wonder if it’s legit??I could really do without all this surplus anxiety. In the meantime, I’m struggling to get cat food elsewhere and was counting on this shipment.
