“Top products and customer service”

I first of all want to comment on the quality of the customer service of this company, which is absolutely top notch. It's obviouslhy a small company, run by a vet in Ireland. I have twice had problems with delivery and have had rapid responses from the proprietor of the company who involved himself personally in resolving the problems. I also have to praise the products I have ordered from them, in particular Old Faithful which is a herbal tonic for older dogs. I give it to my arthritic 17 year old border collie who definitely benefits from it. I have also recently ordered Mobility, a tonic specifically for dogs with joint problems, and am hoping for good results from this as well.
