I should have paid attention to one reviewer who complained that this company lists products for sale that they don't even have. I firstly object to having to fill out a complete pet and customer bio when I wasn't buying a prescription or medicinal product. The item I wanted quickly was listed for sale and I purchased and waited. And waited. Four full days later they came back to me to say it was not only not in stock but the manufacturer doesn't even make it anymore. So I wasted my time and money when they had no business even having this product on their website. It hadn't been available for months. I will never place an order here again.

I was buying Indorex flea spray for my home. I was eager to get the product and asked about delivery timescales. I was advised that it's free shipping and they use royal mail 2nd, however if I call back after placing my order, they would upgrade to 1st at no additional cost.

I placed the order at 12.30pm, called them back and received the canister by 11am the next morning. FANTASTIC

I found the lady I spoke with professional yet caring enough to offer an upgrade to help me stem the advances of this irratible pests.

I got indorex next day for under £11. Call your local vet and they will charge you a cool £20-£22.

Would recommend on price, delivery and customer service.

I have just made my first purchase from this company and unlike the previous review I cannot fault the service. I ordered a dog cooling coat at 12.49 on Thursday and received it Saturday morning. Maybe I was just lucky.

Petremedies is an appalling company to deal with, they have a very arrogant and rude attitude towards customers. They almost never respond to emails and if they do they are extremely rude and ask customers never to contact them again. Do not be tempted by their cheap prices most of the items they sell are out of date or used. They also operate under another name Pharmavet. I strongly recommend that people go else where to purchase goods that they may require from companies that they know.
