All saltwater life bought within a 3 yr period has died

DO NOT BUY PETS FROM THIS STORE!!!!! This Pet Co is not interested in the welfare of their pets! The cages are VERY dirty and the customer service from the store manager is non-existent. We live right down the street and everything we and our neighbors have bought died!!! We have to drive to the Pet Co in Huntersville to buy fish or pets that are healthy. The Huntersville store when it comes to the care of the pets is a 360 compared to the concord mills location. The condition of the cages at the concord mills location is horrible the ferret cage is filthy and they are sleeping in their own feces. I asked the manager how often they cleaned it out and she said only once a week! We only have one ferret and we have to clean out her cage and all of the feces once a day! The fish have diseases; some fish have ick on them and the store rep just keeps them in the tank and all of the tanks feed into one filter so it spreads to all of the fish! When you take the fish home your entire tank gets infected. Every fish and coral we bought from that store over the years died. All of the saltwater life we bought from the Huntersville location and Fintastic were healthy and lived. We complained to Corporate about the welfare of the pets in that location and they had the store manager call us after 6mths!!! I asked her what she was going to do to remedy the issue and she said “I’m not going to do anything. Corporate just asked me to call you.” WOW!!!!! That’s when I thought maybe we shouldn’t buy from any of these stores because not only the managers but Corporate doesn’t care about the welfare of the animals either! Don’t think this is my first experience with this location; I have been going there since the store opened for dog food or tank supplies and I always look at the pets and the condition they are in. Pet Co needs to hire a new store manager before the Humane Society knocks on their door and revokes their license to sell pets!! Which is needs to happen in order to protect these animals!
