I have emailed and phoned a number of times now and no one responds - phone goes to voicemail mail and no replies to my emails - yes I have checked my spam.

“Poor packaging”

They clain to use recylable packaging and not pack your item in unncessary plastic and other materials, the end result is products shoved into a box with no protection whatsoever. Received a cage with serious damage to it that I can't believe happened in transit judging by how badly bent the metal is. No phone number to directly contact them with. Ridiculous.

I have placed an order 2 weeks ago but still do not have it and can't get on to their site to ask were it is as want take my email address now and I know that payment has been made. How do I find out where my order is?
