“This company have just tried to discredit my trust...”

This company have just tried to discredit my trust pilot review of them, saying there's no record of an order or contact from me. I reiterate, my mother on my behalf as a gift ordered a harness made to fit for my dog, made payment. She already had unpleasant ness from the owner when innocently ringing to get an update on the order. When the harness itself did arrive, it was not perfect fit on my dog, was messy and complicated to put on and off and made him pull more than even a lead and collar. When I rang to give feedback, the owner/'designer' was so stern and abrupt in her manner, actually seemed angry with me and blamed my mother. All the negative reviews on trust pilot they have tried to discredit and get removed. I have never known such an unpleasant company, they need to be reported to Trading Standards.

Me too. Said I wasn’t a customer!
Wish I had read this before my purchase and experience. They shared my data without consent or permission to add insult to injury, but don’t worry the MD says we speak our own truths!

Staceybright, do you have anything of value to bring to the table, besides trying to discredit my personal negative experience with fleecedog harnesses? If you think I’m unjust with my review challenge me direct. If you do read my review, I originally submitted it using review centre’s choice of anonymity, you will see I am an actual customer who is still, after 4 months still experiencing atrocious customer service from fleecedog harnesses. I am waiting fleecedog harnesses response to the ICO for sharing my data without my permission and knowledge
