Ihave recently bought from this company dog advacate for my dog a box of six .this is the first time ive been conned on ebay iwas charged #2.99 for postage and 41.99FOR MED.I PAID BY VISA DEBIT CARD.DOES ENY ONE KNOW I F I CAN CLAIM MONEY BACK ON CARD BECAUSE OF FROUID.i havent checked yet if they have taken enymore ,but will.ebay should do alot more to protect us ,and they should not be allowed to bogosetrade.

I'm glad I came on this websit as I was seriously considering buying from them. I have been trying to get hold of Program Plus as there is a major manufacturing problem, even my vets said you can't get hold of it any more. This is the ONLY website saying its still available. This immediately made me suspicious but decided to contact them, only email no telephone number or address, which also makes me nervous. I asked them if they genuinely could supply the item because it is no longer available from manufacturer...they replied that yes they were able to supply. Now seeing these comments I will try and find an alternative product through a reputable supplier! These cannot be genuine product if the vetinary world cannot source them so as said before, could be harmful to my dog or not work at all! Thank god for forums!

Ordered item , online did not give me discount . Wrote to them said they would give to me , still waiting . Charged me a bank charge told me it was my bank checked with bank they did not do it wrote again they said they would pay it back still waiting . Invoice arrived with goods , stateing half the price I was charged , they fobbed it off. The customer service stinks , u cant speak to them , it's all by email . Rubbish company , rubbish service , rubbish customer service . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEU ARE A ROPP OFF AND WILL NIT GIVE U THE SERVICEU EXPECT TO GET AS A CUSTOMER . More Agro than its worth ,

I nearly bought Stronghold from this website but was suspicious of the address and the non-working phone number. Other websites selling this product require a vet's prescription but this one didn't. I checked with Veterinary Medicines Directorate and this is a prescription drug for animals. They are aware of this website selling this drug illegally but can't do much about it as they are registered abroad (the London address is just a brass plate) and ship from the Caribbean. Yes, they seem cheap on the face of it but be very careful, you might not get what you bargained for.

The price on ordering was £34.97 for the goods yet the invoice said £17.49 and they took £35.76 from my bank. I complained by email and they're now going to give me the 79p back (the bank charged me so they said) and £2.50 for my trouble. expected more - told them i would be leaving this feedback and they weren't bothered!!! if you can get your goods elsewhere then do so.....
