Ordered two u.v. bulbs, which were the cheapest I had found, arrived very quickly . Fast and cheap what more could you want.

Good prices and impressed with speed of dispatch. However, even though delivery address was correct the delivery company just left the the package by the front door of the wrong address, a house that is further down the road and on the wrong side. Fortunately, the owners found it and were kind enough to bring it round. The packaging was opened when it was found, though the contents were complete and undamaged.

I have made a couple of orders previously and been very happy with the speedy delivery. However this year ,having placed an order over a month ago, received an apology on email once and nothing since. I would suggest unless customers just wish to donate their monies you do not place orders.

Ordered items that were in stock these were delivered to the wrong address 10 days after the order was placed. The address supplied to Ark was correct but they substituted a 9 instead of the 8 in the postcode. The delivery company have confirmed delivered and signed for at the wrong address but will not tell me where that is other than the postcode (1 digit out). I have to contact the supplier "Ark" and ask them to contact the delivery company - you would think that wouldn't be too difficult??? After 14 unanswered call over 2 days I have now checked the review sites to see I am not unique in my experience and this company has terrible customer service.

I ordered a hamster cage as my daughter's unfortunately had broken. I found what I wanted online the price was very good and standard delivery price was also good. I placed the order on Wednesday morning and by Thursday afternoon the item had arrived! Excellent service and the product was exactly as described on the website. Happy to recommend this company.

Stay clear and buy elsewhere. Ordered an item that they apparently had 2 in stock of, this wasn't the case. After chasing up was told that I would get a refund in a few days. Over a week later no refund and I still can't get hold of them to chase up. Should have paid more and got from a reliable company!

Best prices by far, very good website/interface and prompt delivery with a one-hour delivery window notified early on the delivery day (which was accurate). You can also change the delivery date to suit your requirements. All items were well packaged and received in perfect condition.I won't waste my time searching elsewhere in future for my aquarium supplies. Excellent service, I wish I had discovered this site some time ago, I could have saved a lot of money. I haven't needed to use Customer Services, hence no rating for this element.

The site has plenty of choice of items and all the items I ordered were delivered very quickly. I have used this site many times before. I also had to phone querying something and again they were extremely helpful. The only thing I found frustrating were the drop down menus.If I wandered slightly off course I kept loosing them and this was very annoying. Otherwise Top Marks.

I ordered two products at 5.00 Tuesday evening and they arrived at 10.30am on Thursday! The cost was a massive 25% cheaper than Amazon and the products were even better than described. What an amazing business!

I ordered two items on line and paid by debit card. I was emailed on the same day to say that the items were out of stock and that I would be informed when they were back in stok. I emailed back to cancel order. My debit card was charged and 11 days later I am still waiting for a full refund. There should be a policy in place that payment SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN until goods are despatched.
