Received a payment through eBay.
The buyer collected the goods and wrote a positive review.
But Paypal refuse to release the £637 for another 3 weeks! And are charging me £25 commission.
Impossible to get a sensible answer from Paypal customer service. Emails are replied to with an automated response, and I spent 30 minutes waiting on the phone to talk to someone. I'll be closing my Paypal account as soon as I get the cleared funds
Dreadful!!!
