“Worst Customer Service ever experienced”

From day one I have had issues with this company. They completely miss sold their product (2 x GPS card machines). They told me there were no hidden costs - of which there are many.... too many to even mention here. I have managed to resolve some of these after hours of telephone calls and emails, however 5 and a half months after my contract started there are still issues. I'm going through the same thing, I feel your pain! Not only is it a financial burden but it's mentally exhausting to deal with. They promised to pay my exit fees also which hasn't happened and the fees this month were over €100.
I read so many reviews about this company, mostly they mediocre and still didn't go my gut. I contacted people who were using the system who gave glowing reviews, I now suspect they maybe paid by PaymentSense.
You have made a thousand good decisions, don't let this one break you, that's what I'm saying to myself everyday

“A very dubious operation......”

Promised the world but still waiting for just a returned phone call. They sent three incorrect terminals before sending the right one. (They are still charging me for a second terminal that does not exist). Promised 8 mths free rental - has not happened. Yes, I am very unhappy but strongly suggest anyone looking to go into a contract with PaymentSense really needs to look elsewhere. This is purely about selling contracts with zero actual back-up. Had a lovely quote from Payment Sense which looked as if it would meet our need of taking card payments for a one off event. The man I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. When we decided to go ahead I supplied the information asked for to set up the "24 hour hassle free" service but had to chase it up as nothing was forthcoming in 24 hours. I rung Payment Sense at 16:40 to try to get help with completing my Questionnaire SAQ B-IP as I do not understand the terminology used in the questionnaire. I spoke to a man at the company who said there was no one who could assist with my request at present so he would pass the message on. I too am having serious problems with this company and am considering contacting Trading Standards. Feel completely ripped off and helpless as nothing ever changes with them, every month I'm getting hidden charges thrown onto my bill. They never return calls and have completely miss sold me the product.

I have been having the same issue as you. I too am going to try to start the ball rolling by complaining to Trading Standards too. I agree they are a misleading company with lack moral standards.

Was told it was 12 month contract but really it was 5 years, funny when I wanted to speak to the guy who missed sold it to me had left the company. Have you considered Trading Standards? I too was completely mis sold the product, forever having hidden charges being applied, on the phone every month complaining and trying to figure out what charges are for. I have 2 terminals and they charge me twice for everything, which seems wrong seen as I only have one account, I pay PCI twice and was initially told there was no charge for PCI as it was done in house!? Anyway I could go on forever but don't want to bore you or myself anymore, just wondering if everyone that had these complaints for payment sense we have a case against them. Would appreciate any feed back you have. Feel something needs to be done :(

Have been with these people for a number of years and have always had problems contacting them but they are now worse than ever. My terminal broke down 2 weeks ago after they downloaded a corrupt update to it. Having spent 30 hours trying to get in touch with them I am still without the ability to accept card payments. Have you considered trading standards? I too and many others are experiencing major issues with this dishonest company and I feel something must get done. I was completely miss old the priduct and spend hours each month complaining to which I get very little response or help. Just wondering if we have a case against them really as it seems there are many others out there that are experiencing the same issues. We all need to do something to get this service stopped .

My experience with PaymentSense has been appalling and I urge anyone considering signing up with them to be careful. Please read the small print. Firstly, the seller pushed and pushed and pushed me into signing the contract. I did, thinking I could leave after 18 months. I cannot leave before FIVE YEARS without paying big fees. “Al the tell-tale markers of a company to steer clear of”

Diabolical from the moment we contacted them for information. We were spammed incessantly and curt messages were left on our voicemail every day for weeks on end. After telling them we weren't interested (and let's face it, who would be?) they obtained our other business email addresses and have been spamming us on those as well ever since. my sales man told me that i would pay 18euro monthly plus .15 cent per transaction with 1.25 percent for credit cards.I find that I have to pay 2.25 percent on all non irish visa debit cards whether in Euro or sterling.Then there is something called bolt ons plus back office plus God knows what else which actually cost more than the rental.I have sent numerous emails to no avail,also their sales man seems to have disappeared.All Cheating Scumbags… Read Full Review

I have filled an online request to join payment sense and I have a call back that was awesome. I agreed rates and charges and terms over the phone and then in writing in the email. When it came to signing the contract they cleverly changed my rates. Imagine you agree something in writing and they send you contract for something different and cleverly want you to sign that. “Misleading information and aggressive sales tactics”

One star is too good for this company, they are nothing but cheats and liars. Hi, I'm on the Isle of Lewis. No progress even thought i've told them I've gone to the Scottish Law Society but they won't be able to take any more money becuase I cancelled both direct debits, I'll have to wait and see if they do anything about that or if they cut their losses and leave me alone. I had a couple of messages left by them asking me to phone them but when you do either the person that left the message is not available or there is no reply.
