Promised the world but still waiting for just a returned phone call. They sent three incorrect terminals before sending the right one. (They are still charging me for a second terminal that does not exist). Promised 8 mths free rental - has not happened. Yes, I am very unhappy but strongly suggest anyone looking to go into a contract with PaymentSense really needs to look elsewhere. This is purely about selling contracts with zero actual back-up. The customer service / account management does not exist.

Please contact Financial Ombudsman like my case is with them and I am going to take this matter to investigate further with FCA also I will contact with consumer watchdog, rip off Britain but I need all your support and I promise you I will stop this DISHONEST COMPANY TO TAKE OUR HARD EARN MONEY. So please contact me ASAP.
