“Misleading information and aggressive sales tactics”

I needed a mobile card machine to use abroad in mainland Europe and was advised by the Paymentsense rep that the machine he recommended could be used anywhere as long as there was a phone signal available. He also advised that the minimum contract was 18 months.
Having purchased the machine on the advice of the rep I then discovered that it could not be used outside the UK.
I decided to check some of the other information I had been given by Paymentsense only to discover that my contract was for 5 years, the rep then insisted that I could exit at 18 months without penalty but upon further investigation I discovered that to exit after 18 months would cost me a fee of £190 +VAT.

Would I recommend them? NO
Would I use them again? NO
