Completely appalled with the customer service at the North Finchley, London branch. Had a letter saying that my eye test was free but staff were incompetent in reading and understanding what a free eye test means. Came up with fluffy excuses as to why I still had to pay for the eye test.
Not open with what all the costs will be and how much, just seemed to be adding random costs which they had not mentioned beforehand.
Lost a customer for life..
