Do boots glasses come with a guarantee as mine have just broken in the middle they are 5 months old?

Do they definitely refund the difference in price between varifocals - unsuitable - and the cheaper 2 pairs now required? Can't find this anywhere in writing.

Because they are prescription, they are made specially for you? If the glasses are faulty, they will replace, other than that I doubt you will get a full refund, maybe a credit note.

If the glasses are faulty or wrongly prescribed you are entitled to a full refund in cash, on the grounds they are unfit for purpose. Its best to put this in writing, if they fob you off go to the small claims court, and except there jurisdiction which im sure will be in your favour, good luck AIJAY
