So after spending 13 months in the amazon, the middle east and in Russia infiltrating and observing community's on special forces missions I was cursed with the displeasure of semi-permanent back pain from the gargantuan amount of torture I endured. I chose to quietly relax in an office job working as an administrator. I was then put in charge of purchasing and decided to go with working chairs, the customer service was great and they had my whole office refurbishments 2 days earlier than expected.

Would recommend to anyone.

Exactly what I wanted.

Came in a couple of days- pre put together as requested.

Did not have an invoice or instruction manual though. I emailed asking for these and a lady phoned me. I then received the manual via email that day and they are posting the invoice.

I ordered a sofa from working chairs and was advise "in stock". However, it took about 5 weeks to arrive. I had to make do with the floor in the mean time. I had to chase up my order on many occasions at my expense.

Communication was poor until I made a fuss then this improved. It was always someone else's mistake and I expect a better service.

When the product arrived the delivery men were pleasant and keen to help. They took all packaging away with them and assembled the item.

I would expect knowledge of waiting time clearly highlighted before purchase. I would not have ordered from working chairs had I been informed of the waiting times.

No writen apology was ever received or compensation for the error.

On a positive note the item is just what I wanted.
