In 2012 I Purchased A Graphics Card From This Webs
In 2012 I purchased a graphics card from this website. They said it'd take 10 days to be delivered. It took nearly 2 months. I tried cancel my order but there website said they were "looking into it" therefore was no option for me to cancel the transaction. They took the money straight away but dispatched my product far too late afterwards. They've taken down their website now so I've heard. I was thinking about purchasing a few more things from them but I've seen millions of reviews saying they are CONMEN!!! Word of warning, stay clear of these people. They want your money and couldn't give a damn whether the customer is satisfied. If your shopping online, then shop on amazon. There's no safer place and the deliveries are always dead on arrival.

Paid For Something Which Never Arrived...
I went online to buy a couple items and when I went to pay thwy said 5-10days which I could live with.... with this in mind I put the order in on 15th July and had waited until I phoned to find out where the items were. There response was it is not in stock at the moment.
I am still trying to find a way of getting my money back as this company had no intention of delivering the items and just wanted the money obviously.
I wouldnt recommend them to a friend ever... if anything I would make sure they would stear clear of this site.
If I was told there was no stock in the first place I wouldn't of ordered from them.
If anyone finds a way of getting your money back please can you let us all know please.

Received A Letter From The Receivers
Apparently they have gone broke and the likelihood of my recovering the full amount I paid them is minimal. They suggested that I talk to my card issuer to recover my money. I will be reporting these guys to the police as a company that uses wire fraud to make money.
There is no way that I would be recommending these guys to anyone and I will go out of my way to give them bad reviews wherever I can.
As others have said, 1 star is being generous with these frauds and I hope that the cops go in there and close the place down.

They where happy to take money for something in stock which then went out of stock and after nearly a month was not delivered.
Cancelled order and after two month+ I am getting nothing but canned responses "we are looking into it" whenever I ask where my refund is.
Suspect that small claims court will be required or I will have to write off the money.
I also note that the website has been unavailable for at least the past few days.
WAE+ went into Administration and has now been bought in a Pre Pack deal.
If you paid by card, talk to your bank. If you paid by bank transfer..I think you can kiss your money goodbye.
I reported them to Action Fraud...I hope everyone does the same!
Out Of Business
Notifed today that WAE+ os bankrupt and I am unlikely to recieve any monies back. Owed money for goods ordered a month a go, which were never in stock dispite claims and were never despatched.
The directors of this company should never be allowed to run a UK based company again.
I will be complaining to banks as the site had an impressive array of signs indicating security etc.
Not just poor - a reason to avoid the internet as long as there are companies like this in existence.
i had the same problem and got in touch with my bank (nat west who also said i wasnt the only one trying to get money back from these sharks) and i got my money back through CHARGEBACK ! just get in touch with your bank ! i think its go to be done within 100 days.

I have been owed a refund since 4th July having paid by debit card. Had the same letter as yourself but have just contacted my bank 'Santander' who state monies will be refunded following the completion and return of some forms. Totally aware of this fraudulent company having dealt with hundreds of similar complaints.

Disgraceful Company Do Not Use !!!!
I bought a television from this company well in advance of my sons 21st birthday ... their system wouldn't let me pay via card so I paid via bank transfer ... I haven't seen a television and that is the last I have seen of my £638 and they have done nothing to get my refund back to me !!! I have reported them to UK's action fraud and I suggest anybody else who has not got their refund back does the same thing Tel: 03001232040
If everyone who has suffered the same as myself reports their activity to the police we can stop them fleecing everyone else.

Pay For 7-9 Days Delivery When The Item Didn't Com
Pay for 7-9 days delivery when the item didn't come i email and did get a reply saying they get their stock from abroad and that it would take an extra 10-12 day on top of what i had already waited. After receiving this email i cancelled my order and now the site is down and i am taking action with my bank to get my £172 back.
DONT BE SUCKED IN BY THE PRICE !!!!!
1 Star Is Too Generous!
Ordered a product over the phone after the sales assistant assured me they had 20 in stock. Waited a week only to be told that they have not had any stock of that item for months! They had great pleasure in telling me that I then would have to wait 30 days for a refund... that was three months ago. Worst experience I have ever had with a company online - complete amateurs!

Absolutely the worst Internet company I have dealt with. Cannot deliver the goods and refuse to refund my money. I have taken legal action to recover my money. Avoid them like the plague.

I have been through the whole process with them. I ordered a piece of audio equipment for £210 shown as being "in stock" and payment was taken from my credit card immediately. The promised delivery date came and went and I rang them to be told that "their suppliers are out of stock". I asked them to cancel my order and refund my credit card. I received email confirmation of the cancellation and was told that the refund would be made in 30 days time.
I rang tp protest that they had taken immediate payment for the order and why can't I have an immediate refund.
I was told that their accounts department make refunds after 30 days, following Trading Standards guidelines!
Having by now looked up WAE reviews on this and other review sites, I was not in the least surprised when my refund was not received after 30 days. I rang WAE once more and a transatlantic voice told me "that of course you will get you refund - it is your money!"
At this stage I enlisted the help of my Mastercard provider who, I am relieved to say, refunded my £240 within two weeks of receiving the report of my WAE experience.
So all ended well? Not really as I am left wondering why WAE are allowed to continue this type of dishonest trading.
There must be something that we can do. I have reported my experience to Trading Standards but they didn't seem very interested.
I have also had the same disinterested response from all agencies. Please see my review comments section to see what action now needs to be taken. Thanks
