Very Pleased Indeed!

I had spent several weeks looking at office chairs and finally decided on the one I wanted.
Office Furniture Nation was by far the cheapest but I had never heard of the company. Being a cautious shopper I inspected the website and was impressed with the layout and the amount of information given. A proper address, a telephone number, a VAT number.
The Frequently Asked Questions page is thorough and informative.
I was reassured that this was a genuine company.

I placed my order online - it was straightforward and easy to do - and got an immediate automated reply acknowledging the order. Very shortly afterwards I got a personal email asking when delivery would be convenient. It was agreed that the chair would be delivered the next day at no extra cost.
I also had an email confirming the chair had been dispatched.

The chair arrived as promised, very well packaged. I am delighted not only with the product itself but also with Office Furniture Nation.
Excellent communications throughout the transaction in a professional but friendly manner; goods very well described on the website.

My only tiny niggle is that I would prefer a geographical phone number instead of an 0844 number as I do not have a land line and it is expensive to call on my mobile. Having said that, emails are replied to very quickly and they also have Skype.

Very impressed all round, highly recommended.
