We ordered over £700 worth of office furniture which should have been 1-3 working days delivery. Over 3 weeks later we are still waiting and very frustrated! The Customer Service line is mostly unmanned, so you can't speak to anyone, even though they say it's open from 10 to 4.
When we eventually spoke to someone, they promised delivery on Wed 20 May, so we waited in all day........but nothing. No delivery, no phone call, no explanation.
Have tried to contact since by email and phone, but absolutely no response.
Our advice would be DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - it's a long time since we've suffered such bad customer service. I suspect it's not going to be easy getting our money back either, if we get to that point.
Be warned!
