Asked Colour Plastic Cards for a quote, but on their response, they couldn't even get my name right. Sent them my artwork, and they said they'd get back to me shortly, but absolutely no response despite reminders. IMHO, they don't need the business.

Firstly may I apologise again for getting your name wrong.

As previously explained to you I am dyslexic and I do get words wrong.

I have looked at our email history and I can see that our studio did email you at 4.13pm on 20/09/2021 with queries regarding your artwork.

I do not know why you have not received this, perhaps it went to your spam or junk folder?

I also replied to your email from 9.01am on 22/09/2021 when you emailed saying that you haven’t heard back from us.

We did receive your email later at 4.16pm on 22/09/2021 threatening to leave negative reviews about our company and on 23/09/2021 we received another threatening email saying you have started to leave negative reviews about our company.

Again, please do accept my apologies for getting your name wrong.
