I ordered a JTV 59p Goldtop , but received a Jtv69 Goldtop so was pretty disappointed.
However I phoned customer service and they dealt with my complaint quickly and efficiently, they arranged for the wrong guitar to be picked up and to get me the right guitar all within 24hours, and also keeping me notified by email throughout.
We all make mistakes in life but to get them rectified this quick is impressive.
I now have my new guitar and am all ready enjoying playing it.
I would also definitely use GuitarGuitar again.
