I made a bid for an amp via their eBay shop, then changed my mind because I wanted to buy direct from their website (for an unbelievably good price, by the way). I emailed them to ask if my bid could be cancelled. They responded immediately and sent my order out within hours. Now, in all honesty, I was probably being a pain in the neck, but they couldn't have been more helpful. Great service and really good deals. Will definitely be back!
