Have my email from them confirming after my 46 min on hold (you cant cancell online you have to speak to c/s)my account is cancelled.
Yet they continue to reinstate my direct debit, even though cancelled by me at bank. THIS IS A CRIME, using previously known info to start an unauthorised direct debit, but hey We're Virgin Mobile, we can do what ever we want.... no monies due, agreed with their overseas agent on my call. DON TOUCH THIS COMPANY it has nothing at all to do with the airline guy - he sold it, took his money and ran....
