Purchased a used iphone off this company. It stopped working suddenly within 7 months and the owners response was that it was not his problem. Refused to give me his contact details to write to him formally to complain and stopped responding to my emails when I challenged his responsibilities under the Sale of Goods Act. He seems to be unaware that he is still expected to supply goods which will last a reasonable amount of time. The sale of goods act applies to secondhand goods also. Do not waste your money with this company - the used condition of my phone was reported as "very good" - if you need your phone to work longer than 7 months then go somewhere else.

I have had lots of difficulty in the past buying used mobile phones from amazon and ebay etc so thought i would actually write a review when i found a company who are actually decent. I bought a refurbished motorola v3 via their website which looks like it is brand new and works perfectly. I was actually looking to buy a more expensive phone but after ringing them up and discussing what i needed they recommened this one and it has been just what i needed and their customer service was great. After payment the phone arrived within 2 days. Really first class service and if you are looking for a used mobile phone definitely worth a look.
