A very simple review.
After cancelling my repair the very next day after sending the money, with hindsight stupid I know , I requested a refund. I received an e mail stating money would be refunded , not a problem.
After waiting two weeks and no refund I phoned the company and was told there must have been a problem in processing the refund but it would be done immediately.
Two weeks further on and still waiting I have put the matter into the hands of my credit card company who are investigating.
Checking my credit card statement , the actual payment had been taken three times ! ! This is also being investigated.
Conclusion, keep well away from Mblue.
