I'm in the same position as the other reviews, bought a charger in June when it didn't arrived, phoned them and it is automatically answered but places you on hold for ages at 9p per minute. Emails are replied with a rejection email, however they do get through as I've had 1 response in 3 months but still not had my refund. Do not use under any circumstances as their customer car is non-existant. I wouldn'treally want to give these any stars they are that bad.
