Made the mistake of taking out a SIM card with Vodaphone through these people. I have tried to find out how to return this SIM card as not needed. (Vodaphone's 03 number takes forever. If you do get through they pass you on to someone who hangs up. Finally they send you back to E2Save.) 'E2Save' means 'save up to speak to us'. Their 0871 number costs 13ppm + charges. If you use their unpublished landline for customer service you will find that all the options you try lead to an 'office closed' message. No doubt it's the same if you ring at 13+ppm. OH, and I now find out that this is the bunch that had all their 2.5m customers' data hacked recently. They are a subsidiary of Carphone Warehouse. If you want an alternative, try Mobile Phones Direct. A very positive experience by comparison.
Can anyone tell me how to contact E2Save? Still trying!
